If 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened vape devices
  • Used pods, coils, or e-liquids
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Damaged products caused by misuse or mishandling

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
